By creating an account or playing Aetherblade: Chronicles of Varnhold (the "Game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or do anything that is:
Hero names and usernames must follow the same rules. Violations lead to removal of the content and, at our discretion, a temporary or permanent ban without notice.
Jediel Santos, the individual developer of the Game ("we"), grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows it. All names, art, code and content of the Game belong to Jediel Santos.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an online account. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, and your heroes and progress are saved on our own game server (see the Privacy Policy). You can delete your account at any time in the Game: open Menu > Account > Delete Account and confirm with your password; this permanently deletes your account and all of its heroes. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.
Gold, items, levels and other in-game content have no real-world value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and may be changed or reset as the Game is updated. The Game currently has no purchases. Optional purchases may be offered in the future; if they are, they will be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in the apps, or by PayPal for a web shop, under their terms, and they will not sell power over other players (no pay-to-win). We will update these Terms before any purchase becomes available.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". Online features may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jediel Santos is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game. You are responsible for content you post; other players' content is their own responsibility.
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Jediel Santos, not Apple, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Game. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
